The undersigned, on behalf of themselves and their minor child(ren), agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: The undersigned acknowledges that participation in the Event involves physical activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death. The undersigned voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event.

Release of Liability: The undersigned hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Organization, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and other participants (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the undersigned or their minor child(ren) while participating in the Event.

Indemnification: The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the participation of the undersigned or their minor child(ren) in the Event.

Medical Treatment: The undersigned consents to any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of any injury, accident, or illness during the Event. The undersigned agrees to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Event.

Media Release: The undersigned grants permission to the Organization to use photographs, videos, and other media recordings taken during the Event for promotional, educational, or other purposes without compensation.

Governing Law: This Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Severability: If any provision of this Waiver of Liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have read this Waiver of Liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
